Become the better golfer you know you are.

No swing rebuild. No extra hours on the range. No more seasons spent hoping it clicks.

You already know how to play.

You've proved it on the range and in casual rounds.

But when the card starts to matter, something changes.

It looks different for every golfer.

For Example...

Tension. Second-guessing the club. Rushing. Going quiet. Trying too hard. Playing safe from a position of strength. Fading or blowing up during the round. Replaying the last hole while you stand over the next shot. Caring too much. Not caring enough.

You've already got the shots, willpower, drive, and desire.

The gains come from accessing them better.

The best players in the world train this.

Sports psychologist Dr. Bob Rotella worked with Rory McIlroy through the 2025 Masters, when he finally completed the career Grand Slam.

Rotella reckons around 70% of tour players work with a sports psychologist, and his own clients have won more than 75 majors between them.

Justin Thomas and Wyndham Clark have both worked with sports psychologist Julie Elion.

Over 25 years her clients have won 150 PGA Tour titles, including 26 majors.

Golf mental game is part of the success formula for world class players when millions of dollars and major titles are on the line.

There's no reason why mental game shouldn't be part of your success formula too, whatever your level, whatever your golf goals.

I don't coach your swing.

I coach the golfer swinging the club.

We start with where your game is now and where you want it to go. Then we look at what gets in the way.

For example...

How you arrive on the first tee. What happens inside you after a bad shot. Whether you stay committed. How you get distracted. What happens when you realise you've got a good score going. Whether you trust your swing or start trying to steer it. How fast you recover from a poor hole. To name a few scenarios.

We get rid of the noise in...

Live 1:1 Zoom calls, from anywhere in the world.
WhatsApp messaging between live 1:1 sessions.

Practical exercises for before, during and after a round.

Course material between sessions.

You'll leave with less in your head, not more.

Why me.

My route into golf is unusual.

Before spending the last 4 years coaching people through performance and life challenges, and getting a certificate in golf psychology coaching recognised by the PGA of GB&I...

I spent years as a CIMA-qualified accountant and system analyst at Rolls-Royce and Applied Materials. So I know the kind of person who is used to performing, solving problems and getting results.

I also spent more than 30 years in adventure sports: skiing, surfing, sailing, mountain biking, kitesurfing.

Those sports taught me about fear, commitment, recovery, and what happens when your mind interferes with something your body already knows how to do.

Then, I came to golf in 2025 and recognised the problem straight away...

Golf gives you an extraordinary amount of time to get in your own way. That fascinated me. It still does.

Practical, personal, no bullshit.

Together, we look honestly at what happens to you under pressure, then train a better response.

My work draws on golf psychology, performance coaching, mindfulness, nervous system regulation, somatics, and 30 years of performing in demanding situations both at work and in nature.

Different golfers need different things. It starts with you.

It stays between us.

Everything you tell me is confidential. The only people who'll know you're working on your mental game are the ones you choose to tell.

People will ask questions, of course, once your approach shifts and your scores start dropping.

Don't waste another season.

There's a better golfer in you. One who trusts themself, recovers fast, stays present, commits to the shot, and keeps playing when the round starts to matter.

How many more seasons do you want to waste hoping that golfer will turn up, when you could be playing as that golfer now?

Book a conversation. Tell me about the last round you know should have been better. We'll talk about where your game is, where you want it to go, and what keeps getting in the way.

I'll tell you straight whether I can help.

No hype. No pressure.

Just a conversation.

Book a conversation.
